Without ventilation, the bathroom quickly turned into a stale zone that didn’t offer a place to hang a towel or swimsuit. The air-conditioning unit blew directly at the bed, which can get annoying while trying to sleep. Plus, the pool truly isn't much more than a splash zone—small even for a shallow dip. Daily room maintenance sometimes felt lacking, with minor issues like soap not refilled or towels not changed, making the basics frustrating.

i had a great time at grandmas! the location is super close to the beach, making it really convenient to relax and explore. the cozy double room was just perfect, and the bed was so comfy. Plus, the de nyuh spa was fantastic. i enjoyed a massage that was both relaxing and affordable.

great staff but disappointing room cleanliness

The staff helped us with all our needs, making our stay more pleasant. Pushpita, the front desk trainee, stood out with her exceptional service and friendliness.

The worst part is the room and bathroom.

We had an awesome time joining a cycling trip around the area, exploring Seminyak with my family and our two dogs. The atmosphere was lively when a band started playing in the hotel’s restaurant, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day out.

In my wife’s opinion, having a playground for the kids would be great.

We had an awesome time hanging out with friends! We took a cooking class and joined a yoga session, which really added to the fun. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety. Definitely recommend checking out the massages at the spa too!
